Paihia Beach Resort & Spa Hotel

It was a good spot, allowing for easy access without the noise. The cleanliness was commendable, and the facilities met my needs perfectly. With a kitchenette available, I felt right at home, although I did wish for standard glasses and paper products. The service after three days was also a nice touch, adding to my comfort.

Had a fine stay for a vacation, everything was very comfortable. The hotel has nice location very close to shore from the hot tub, New Zealand and the restaurant for breakfast. It also was right in front of the beach. The in-house restaurant served a lot of good food...

Great place with amenities like free wi-fi, laundry service, outdoor pool, and a cute lounge. The staff helped me find great activities during my first stay. I'll definitely be back for Christmas!

Thanks to a FANTASTIC service I had a fantastic stay. The room I stayed in was fantastic and complete with an amazing view as well as really comfortable bed. The breakfast was gorgeous and excellent - a wide array of dishes. Location: the hotel was right by the ferries and restraunt and bars and shops, bars, supermarket.

The standard of the room and design of the hotel capatilising on the view. Also the staff in the restaurant and beautiful food. Attention to detail was outstanding.

While we appreciated the proximity to attractions like Paihia Harbour and the Haruru Falls, the resort's facilities, such as the small pool and dated rooms, fell short of expectations. Despite enjoying the restaurant’s breakfast, the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, making our family trip less enjoyable than it could have been.

The after hours service,room service. late arrival at resort, which was about 10pm,no room service, Its standard service for a resort,to provide this service at least till 11pm.

The restaurant when I finally got in for one night had excellent food. The location was good

It is marketed as a resort however this is totally incorrect as it does not have any resort facilities except a swimming pool. It is very overpriced for what facilities are there. There was no bar/lounge area to sit and have a drink, a very small restaurant that was always booked out when I tried to secure a booking.

It had perfect and exceptionally nice location, the place was close to Paihia city center. The staff were both extremely helpful and very attentive...

The fridge in our room was extremely noisey and kept us up. Maybe they need replacing.

Heated pools offered fine views.

The modern comfort of the room,excellent sea views,for both my wife and myself who dont get to escape from the kids or maybe cant afford to,I would definitly recommend the experience,it would be worth while spending that little bit more

I had a fantastic stay! The hot pools were the perfect way to unwind after exploring, and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and very comfortable, though the decor didn't quite match the photos online. I would definitely come back again!
